I'm Johanna, a Visual and UX designer currently managing the Regtech design team at IBM Cloud & Cognitive Data Software.

My work focuses on leading user-centered experiences through data analysis, idea generation, prototyping, and execution. 
Besides collaborating with my team in solving complex problems in our product portfolio, I also contribute to design systems to help drive consistency, reuse, and design quality across products.

I am originally from Bogotá, Colombia, (se habla español!). I got into longboarding not too long ago, so when I'm not designing or spending time with my family, I'm usually cruising on a longboard and getting a few new scratches too.
